Role Overview

As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in attracting top talent, building a strong organizational culture, and managing core HR operations. You will partner closely with leadership and teams to support workforce growth, employee engagement, and people-centric initiatives.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related role

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate assessment

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities with attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Passion for building a positive and collaborative workplace culture

Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and recruit high-quality talent across technical and non-technical roles
