Senior Business Central Developer
Overall
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Central Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to design, develop, and optimize ERP solutions. This role requires deep technical proficiency in AL programming, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams and customers to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
Strong proficiency in Dynamics NAV and Business Central development
Expertise in AL language and Visual Studio Code
Solid understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.)
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control tools (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Salary Range
THB 60,000 – THB 80,000 per month
(Final compensation will depend on candidate expertise and experience.)

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development
Architect and develop custom extensions and integrations using AL and related technologies
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable ERP solutions
Optimize performance, usability, and maintainability of existing Business Central implementations
ERP Strategy & Technical Leadership
Act as a technical consultant on Business Central projects
Guide and mentor junior developers and collaborate with functional consultants
Recommend best practices, tools, and frameworks to enhance Business Central and DSVC add-on capabilities
Stay aligned with Microsoft’s product roadmap and assess its impact on solutions
Integration & Automation
Design and implement integrations with external systems (Power Platform, Azure Functions, third-party APIs)
Automate workflows and data exchange processes to improve efficiency
Support & Maintenance
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Business Central environments and DSVC add-ons
Monitor on-premises database health, perform upgrades, and ensure optimal system performance and code quality
