Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily F&B service operations

Handle guest interactions and resolve service issues

Train, guide, and supervise service staff

Ensure proper buffet setup and service flow

Maintain dining etiquette and service standards

Monitor cleanliness of dining areas and equipment

Coordinate with kitchen for timely service

Ensure proper use of crockery, cutlery, and linen

Operate and monitor food ordering/POS systems

Report daily service feedback to management
