Job Summary
The Vice President – Solutions & Sales will be responsible for leading the strategic development, execution, and commercialization of innovative industrial automation and digitalization solutions.
This role requires a senior leader who can balance technical expertise, customer engagement, and business strategy. The VP will drive solution innovation, lead high-performing teams, manage key client relationships, and support business growth in the automation and digital transformation sector.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Solutions Development & Innovation
Lead the design and development of complex, client-specific solutions in Industrial Automation, IoT, AI, and Digital Transformation.
Drive innovation and continuously enhance the company’s solution portfolio.
Ensure alignment of technical solutions with market demands and business objectives.
2️⃣ Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineers.
Build a high-performance culture focused on delivery excellence and innovation.
Support talent development, succession planning, and team capability enhancement.
3️⃣ Customer Engagement & Sales Leadership
Act as an executive point of contact for key industrial clients.
Understand client challenges and deliver tailored automation and digitalization solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team in strategic account management and business development.
Lead customer workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Drive revenue growth through consultative solution selling.
4️⃣ Operational Excellence
Define and monitor KPIs for solution delivery and sales performance.
Ensure high-quality project execution within budget and timelines.
Oversee governance, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Total Experience: 15–20 years
Minimum 10 years of core experience in Process Automation (Mandatory)
Strong exposure to Industrial Automation, Process Automation, and Digitalization solutions
Proven experience working with Siemens and/or Rockwell Automation (International exposure mandatory)
Demonstrated success in both Project Management and Sales / Business Development roles
Prior senior-level experience in people management and leadership
Experience managing large industrial clients and complex automation projects
