Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Goods / Industrial sectors (depending on industry requirement)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement national business development and sales strategies
Lead and manage regional sales managers and field teams across India
Drive revenue growth and achieve annual business targets
Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for business alignment
Prepare business forecasts, reports, and strategic plans for senior leadership
