We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Long Term Output & Performance-Based Road Assets Maintenance Contracts (OPRMC) to lead and manage ongoing and upcoming road maintenance projects.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and compliance management of OPRMC road maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing long-term, performance-based road asset maintenance projects and ensuring strict adherence to contractual KPIs and service benchmarks.

 

Preferred Skills

Expertise in contract management and familiarity with FIDIC conditions

Strong financial planning and cost-control capabilities

Experience in long-term maintenance planning (5–10 year maintenance cycles)

Familiarity with road asset management systems

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Lead execution of Long-Term Output & Performance-Based Road Maintenance Contracts (OPRMC)

Ensure compliance with performance standards, KPIs, and service-level benchmarks

Oversee rehabilitation works, periodic maintenance, and routine maintenance operations

Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders

Monitor quality control, safety standards, and contractual obligations

Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and performance documentation

Manage project budgets, billing processes, BOQs, and cost-control mechanisms

Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

Handle risk management, claims, and dispute resolution related to contract execution

Required Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Minimum 10+ years of experience in road construction and maintenance projects

Proven experience handling OPRMC / Performance-Based Road Maintenance Contracts

Strong knowledge of MoRTH specifications and IRC standards

Experience dealing with State PWD, NHAI, or other government road authorities

Strong leadership, communication, and contract management skills
