We are looking for a motivated Telecounsellor who will be responsible for contacting potential customers, providing information about services, and guiding them through the enrollment or purchasing process. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 2.5+ years of experience in Telecalling, Telecounselling, or Customer Support roles.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
Provide detailed information about services/products and answer customer queries.
Guide prospective customers through the enrollment or purchase process.
Maintain and update customer records and call details in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
