Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Purchase to handle end-to-end procurement and supply chain management activities. The role involves domestic and international sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, particularly for industrial products.

 

Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with sales, production, finance, and other departments for alignment.

Ensure clarity of specifications and expectations with stakeholders.

Present procurement strategies and reports to senior management.

Lead and manage the procurement team.

Experience

Minimum 8–9 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

Manage domestic and international sourcing for industrial segment materials.

Finalize purchase details including orders, deliveries, and pricing negotiations as per management guidelines.

Handle rate finalization, agreements, NDAs, and terms & conditions with vendors.

Procure materials ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Manage procurement for CAPEX, MRO, Admin, and IT requirements across locations.

Vendor & Supplier Management

Evaluate suppliers, products, and services to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with suppliers.

Monitor and improve supplier performance and quality standards (CAPA, non-conformities).

Supply Chain & Operations

Ensure smooth supply chain operations and material availability as per production schedules.

Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements and service needs.

Oversee subcontracting activities and scheduling of outsourced work.

Ensure delivery of materials on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Process Improvement & Strategy

Develop and implement short-term and long-term procurement strategies.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supply chain optimization.

Track and report key procurement metrics to improve efficiency.

Analyze market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes affecting procurement.
