Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruiter with expertise in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing quality candidates across multiple domains.

- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and references
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate data and update the ATS regularly
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT both)
- Good knowledge of sourcing through job portals and other channels
- Experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
