Job Title: Head – Billing & Contract Management
Experience Required: 10 – 15 Years
Salary Budget: ₹65,000 – ₹1,30,000 per month

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Billing and Contract Management functions. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project billing, contract administration, claims management, and ensuring financial and contractual compliance across projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- 10–15 years of experience in billing, contracts, or commercial management
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and contract management
- Expertise in claims, variations, and cost control
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project/ERP tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Preferred Profile
- Experience in construction / infrastructure / EPC projects
- Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract standards
- Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Billing Management:
- Oversee preparation and verification of client bills, RA bills, and final bills
- Ensure accurate measurement, certification, and timely submission of invoices
- Monitor billing cycles, cash flow, and collections
Contract Management:
- Review, draft, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Handle contract interpretation and risk mitigation
Claims & Variations:
- Manage claims, variations, and change orders
- Prepare and negotiate contractual claims with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure proper documentation and justification for all variations
Cost Control & Financial Oversight:
- Monitor project costs and profitability
- Coordinate with finance and project teams for budget tracking
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor billing and contract management team
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct performance reviews and training
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Resolve billing and contractual disputes effectively
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
