Salary Budget: ₹65,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head – Accounts to lead and manage the overall accounting function. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, taxation, and ensuring the organization’s financial health through effective planning and control.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in accounting and financial management
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Expertise in taxation, compliance, and audit processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
Preferred Profile
- Experience in construction / manufacturing / service industry
- Ability to handle multiple financial functions independently
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data
- Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights
Accounting Operations:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes
Taxation & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
- Handle tax planning and regulatory reporting
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Analyze variances and implement cost control measures
- Support management in financial decision-making
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the accounts team
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Support senior management with financial insights and reporting
