- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring requirements

B) Team Building, Mentoring & Workforce Planning
- Design and build scalable teams aligned with business growth
- Support team integration during mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Mentor and coach employees and managers
- Plan and forecast manpower requirements
- Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
- Maintain execution excellence in HR processes
C) Culture Development & Employee Engagement
