The Department Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations within the assigned department, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Required Skills

Experience in retail (garments/general merchandise) or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic team handling and leadership ability
Understanding of fashion trends and retail operations

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Engage with customers, provide product guidance, and enhance shopping experience
Sales & Transactions: Handle billing, returns, and upselling to achieve sales targets

Merchandising: Maintain store presentation, stock display, and cleanliness
Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing stock
