Description Information
Roles & Responsibility:
Financial Reporting: Own monthly/annual books closure, finalize P&L and Balance Sheets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
MIS & Analysis: Lead monthly MIS preparation and provide dashboards for revenue vs. targets, project margins, and working capital.
Costing & EPC Control: Oversee product costing, validate project assumptions, and monitor cost-to-completion for large EPC projects.
Receivables: Track milestone billing, monitor overdue payments, and coordinate with sales for collections.
Governance: Maintain registers for Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC), and strengthen internal financial SOPs.
Mandate Requirements:
Education: CA / CMA preferred.
Experience: At least 10 years in Finance & Accounts.
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Manufacturing or EPC project accounting is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and financial data integrity.
Additional Requirements (KPIs):
Ability to close monthly books within 7 working days.
Maintain MIS accuracy above 99%.
Keep project margin variance under 3%.
