Mandate Requirements
Experience: Proven background in administration within the FMCG sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; knowledge of ERP or QuickBooks is a significant advantage.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
Licensing: A clean driving license is preferred.
Attributes: Must be proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling polyvalent tasks.
Terms & Conditions (Internal/Apply Instructions)
Notice Period: 6 months (due to lengthy training/handover).
Bond Agreement: A bond of MUR 80,000 will be deducted (MUR 5,000/month for 16 months), refundable only upon successful completion of the contract.
Working Hours: Shift system applies; work on weekends or public holidays may be required.
Travel: Initial entry and end-of-contract return airfare provided by the company. Medical test costs for visas in Mauritius are covered.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
Operations: Monitor all administrative procedures, including front desk, receivables/payables, and HR.
Financial & Statutory: Perform reconciliation, maintain general ledgers, and manage TDS, Income Tax, and GST returns.
Sales & Distribution: Organize delivery route lists, devise sales strategies, and supervise sales representatives to maximize efficiency.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the admin team, ensuring deadlines are met and performance targets are achieved.
Digital Presence: Maintain and monitor company social media platforms.
Reporting: Liaise with legal/accounting departments and provide regular updates to Management.
