Roles & Responsibility:

Installation & Commissioning: Perform setup, calibration, and testing of CNC machines at customer sites.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and software issues; replace faulty components.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend machine life.
Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote assistance regarding machine performance and programming.
Training & Documentation: Train client personnel on safety/operation and maintain detailed service reports.
Customer Interaction: Build professional relationships and provide feedback to the sales team on client needs.

Mandate Requirements:

Education: Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in CNC machinery or the manufacturing industry.
Languages: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics/manuals; hands-on experience with PLCs, automation, and machine tools.
