Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and commercially savvy Sales & Application Engineer to drive growth for our precision low-flow measurement and control instrumentation. This role is a hybrid of Direct Sales and Application Engineering, responsible for delivering customer-specific solutions to laboratories, R&D centers, and industrial automation sectors. You will act as the primary technical consultant for clients, ensuring the precision and reliability of their flow and pressure processes.
Job Requirements
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in industrial sales or application engineering, specifically within the instrumentation industry.
Domain Knowledge: * Strong grasp of flow meters, pressure controllers, transmitters, and valves.
Ability to interpret technical datasheets and process documents.
Soft Skills:
Excellent English communication (Written & Verbal).
Proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is a significant advantage for regional rapport.
Logistics: * Must be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory (Bike/Car travel preferred).
Ability to work independently from a home-office setup with a proactive, customer-centric mindset.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Account Management
New Business Acquisition: Identify and acquire new logos while nurturing existing accounts within the Karnataka and Kerala regions.
Customer Engagement: Conduct frequent on-site visits to understand process requirements and build relationships with R&D, Instrumentation, and Process teams.
Commercial Negotiation: Handle the end-to-end commercial cycle, including price negotiations, discount management, and payment follow-ups.
2. Application Engineering & Technical Support
Solution Design: Analyze complex process flows and P&IDs to recommend the most suitable mass flow meters, controllers, or vapor delivery systems.
Consultative Selling: Deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to specific industrial or lab applications.
On-site Support: Provide first-line technical assistance, including basic troubleshooting, installation guidance, and after-sales coordination.
3. Operations & Market Intelligence
Reporting: Maintain meticulous CRM documentation, project tracking from inquiry to execution, and monthly sales forecasts.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends (e.g., Green Hydrogen, Semiconductor, or Pharma) to identify new niche opportunities.
Events: Represent the brand at trade fairs, technical seminars, and industry conferences.
