1. Role Summary
The Sales Head will be responsible for the overall commercial success and market share growth within the Turks and Caicos Islands. This role involves defining the sales strategy, managing a team of Sales Executives, and personally handling high-value institutional accounts. We are looking for a leader who combines "hands-on" sales ability with the strategic vision to scale operations in a competitive international market.
3. Candidate Profile
Experience & Education:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Head, Regional Manager, or Senior Sales Manager. Total career experience should ideally be 8–12 years.
Track Record: Proven history of exceeding high-value revenue targets and managing cross-functional sales teams.
Education: MBA or Degree in Business Administration/Marketing is highly preferred.
International Readiness: Must have the maturity to lead in an offshore/international environment and commit to a 3-year term.
Key Skills:
Advanced Negotiation: Expertise in closing complex, high-value B2B deals.
Financial Literacy: Strong understanding of P&L, sales margins, and budget management.
Leadership: Ability to motivate a team in a remote/international setting.
Communication: Masterful command of English; ability to influence at the C-Suite level.

2. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales plan to achieve company revenue and margin targets.
Define territory-wide pricing strategies, discount structures, and promotional campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and track the performance of the Sales Executive team (3 members), ensuring they meet their individual KPIs.
Key Account Management
Directly manage "Tier-1" relationships with major developers, government bodies, or corporate clients in TCI.
Lead high-stakes negotiations and oversee the finalization of major contracts.
Ensure a high level of "Brand Equity" by maintaining professional standards across all sales touchpoints.
Operations & Analysis
Optimize the sales CRM and pipeline management processes for maximum visibility and efficiency.
Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts to the Executive Board.
Identify new market trends and product opportunities within the Caribbean region to maintain a competitive edge.
