Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: 4–7 Years

Vacancy: 1 (Female candidate as per client requirement)

Salary Budget: ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 Per Month (Negotiable)

1. Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying high-growth opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and securing long-term partnerships. We are looking for a proactive professional with a proven track record in B2B or corporate sales, someone who can navigate complex sales cycles and represent the brand with excellence in the Pune market.

 

3. Candidate Profile

Experience & Education:

Experience: 4–7 years in a dedicated Business Development or Corporate Sales role.

Education: Graduate/MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.

Preferred Sectors: Experience in Service Industry, SaaS, IT Solutions, or Facility/Corporate Services is a plus.

Key Skills:

Consultative Selling: Ability to understand complex client needs and propose customized solutions.

Networking: Strong existing network within the Pune corporate ecosystem is highly desirable.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Proficiency in Marathi is a strong advantage for the local market).

Self-Driven: High energy levels with a "hunter" mindset and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

2. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Acquisition

Identify potential corporate clients and strategic partners through research, networking, and cold outreach.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: from initial prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and closing.

Design and execute localized sales strategies to penetrate the Pune industrial and corporate sectors.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.

Conduct high-level presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client pain points.

Act as a bridge between the client and internal operations to ensure high service delivery standards.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

Analyze competitor activity and market trends in the Pune region to identify new service/product gaps.

Maintain a clean and updated CRM pipeline, providing weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
