Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in FMCG Sales at an ASM level. Proven experience in team handling and launching new products is highly preferred.
Education: * Graduate: BBA or B.Com preferred.
Post-Graduate: MBA in Marketing preferred.
Technical: Basic computer skills.
Age: Candidates should be under 45 years old.
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language.

Detailed Work Profile
The primary focus of this role is to drive growth within the FMCG sector by managing distribution networks and leading a high-performing sales team.
Distribution Management: Manage and expand the distributor network; identify and appoint new distributors and retailers.
Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Field Presence: Conduct regular market visits (minimum 5–6 hours daily) to ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal placement.
Product Strategy: Spearhead new product launches within the territory and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
Leadership: Lead and guide the sales team from the front, fostering strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
