Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Reporting to Regional Office) Experience: 10–12 Years Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Role Objective
We are seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager with a decade of experience to lead our sales operations in the Pune/Maharashtra cluster. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing distribution networks, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10–12 years in sales management (preferably in E-Mobility, Automotive, or Industrial sectors).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Skills: * Deep understanding of the Maharashtra geography and market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in local languages (Marathi/Hindi) is highly preferred.

Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer networks across the assigned territory.
Sales Strategy: Implement local sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Channel Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retailers, ensuring optimal stock levels and brand visibility.
Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of the local sales field force.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the regional leadership.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and expenses via CRM tools.
