Role Objective
We are seeking an Investment Manager to own the end-to-end investor lifecycle for an innovative real estate investment platform. This role is designed for a "patient educator" who excels at relationship-based selling. You will engage with prospective investors, simplify complex investment models, and build long-term trust to guide them through their fractional real estate investment journey.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years in Inside Sales or Relationship-based selling.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in Fintech, Wealth Management, Ed-Tech, or Financial Services is strongly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Mindset: High energy and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Who This Role Is Not For
Candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to Field Sales or B2B Enterprise Sales.
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Based on experience).
Variable Incentive: ₹2 LPA – ₹4 LPA (Uncapped, paid quarterly, linked to GMV closed).

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Engagement: Proactively engage with inbound leads daily via phone calls and WhatsApp to build investor confidence.
Consultative Selling: Explain the fractional investment model in simple terms, addressing queries regarding ownership, fund safety, returns, and exit strategies.
Digital Onboarding: Walk interested investors through the mobile application to successfully complete their transactions in real-time.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule and ensure 100% accuracy in CRM updates every day.
Product Feedback: Act as a bridge between the customer and the company by sharing investor insights with the Product and Tech teams to improve the user experience.
