Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Head to lead business growth initiatives and drive high-value corporate interior projects across India.
The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections—especially with facility heads, project heads, property consultants, and real estate developers—and a proven track record in generating large-scale business opportunities in the corporate interiors domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
A professional with a strong network and proven experience in business generation within one or more of the following segments:
- MNC (IT/ITES) sector — connections with Facility or Project Heads
- Builders developing IT parks or commercial spaces — Sales Heads or Key Account Managers
- International Property Consultants (IPCs)
- Real estate brokers handling large office space deals (5,000 sq. ft. and above)

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate interiors and turnkey projects
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, consultants, brokers, and developers
- Manage the end-to-end business acquisition cycle—from lead generation to closure
- Collaborate with design and execution teams to align client requirements with project delivery
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and handle commercial negotiations
- Achieve annual business targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and networking platforms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, corporate interiors, or commercial real estate
- Strong industry network and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Good understanding of corporate real estate and office interior trends
- Proven track record of achieving high-value business targets (₹30 Cr+ annually preferred)
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
