Mandate Requirements

Experience: 4–5 years of solid experience in civil engineering, preferably in residential or commercial high-rise projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from an accredited university.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, and MS Project. Knowledge of BIM software is an added advantage.

Core Competencies: Strong understanding of structural mechanics, project scheduling, and resource allocation.

Location Preference: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Soft Skills: Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage diverse site teams.
