Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Client Success Manager (CSM) with a strong background in B2B relationship management. This role will act as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from services while driving long-term retention and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with a consultative, business-focused mindset to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Client Servicing, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative mindset
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience Requirements:

Strategic Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and reliability
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues before escalation
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and implement retention strategies

Project Execution & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks to maintain smooth project execution

Growth & Business Development

  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations for new initiatives
  • Contribute to revenue growth through strong account management

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide junior team members on client management best practices
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
  • Contribute to overall departmental and organizational goals

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and insights for stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for effective decision-making
