Location: East India (Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal)

Salary Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our Bearings & Engineering Products business across the East region. The role involves developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive industrial market.

- Experience working with reputed bearing companies such as Timken, SKF, ARB, NBC, or similar organizations.
- Existing network with dealers, distributors, and industrial clients in the East region.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales operations across Odisha, Jharkhand, and West Bengal in line with company objectives.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities, including onboarding dealers, distributors, and direct industrial clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, OEMs, dealers, and project sites across the assigned region.
- Promote the company’s product portfolio and enhance market penetration.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, customer visit reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, order execution, and collections.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide high-quality customer service.
- Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Represent the company effectively in the assigned territory.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales of bearings, industrial, or engineering products.
- Strong understanding of the industrial/OEM market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
