Role Overview:

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to drive sales and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and client management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Prior internship or experience in sales/business development is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM
