Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management:
- Lead and manage Purchase, Stores, and Logistics departments
- Ensure efficient material planning, procurement, and inventory control
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Logistics & Operations:
- Oversee domestic and international logistics movements
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials
- Manage freight, warehousing, and transportation activities
Cost Optimization & Compliance:
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for senior management
