Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale projects while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution capabilities with extensive experience in handling cross-functional teams and client coordination.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects while maintaining quality standards and achieving business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- PMP, Prince2, or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans and execution strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Management
- Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Drive collaboration among internal departments and external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and senior management.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
Risk & Quality Management
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Implement mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company processes.
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Track project expenses and ensure financial control.
- Manage vendor coordination and procurement activities when required.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure proper closure documentation and handover processes.
