Job Summary
AIS Technolabs is looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager for its Product Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s global product presence.
This role requires strong expertise in B2B sales, product pitching, client acquisition, and strategic business development.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Generate qualified leads and build a strong business pipeline.
Product Expertise
Develop deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio.
Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client business challenges.
Explain product features, benefits, and ROI effectively to prospective clients.
Strategic Business Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand into international markets including the US, UK, Middle East, and other regions.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Pipeline & Sales Management
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Gather client requirements, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals successfully.
Maintain regular follow-ups and client engagement activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align customer feedback with product improvements and market requirements.
Support go-to-market strategies and product positioning initiatives.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
Preferred Skills
Experience in proposal writing and email marketing campaigns.
Leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team will be an added advantage.
Strong target-oriented and revenue-focused mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Product Sales, or B2B Sales.
Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of international markets and sales processes.
