Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Technical/Demo) to assist customers by providing product support, resolving technical queries, and conducting product demonstrations. The role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of technical tools/products.

 

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to customers via calls, emails, or chat
  • Conduct product demos and explain features to clients
  • Assist users in resolving technical or product-related issues
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them effectively
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and issues
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Basic technical understanding of software/tools
  • Comfortable with hybrid work setup
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling demos or product walkthroughs
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
