Primary Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional PA to support the Chairman in
managing day-to-day administrative, coordination, and executive support responsibilities.
This role requires someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination
abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Designation: Associate- Chairman Office (PA to the Chairman)
Location: Ahmedabad
Reporting to: Chairman
What You’ll Do
1. Executive & Administrative Support
• Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
• Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication support as required
• Maintain records, files, and confidential information with discretion and accuracy
2. Travel & Logistics Management
• Manage domestic and international travel bookings including flights, accommodation, visas,
transportation, and itineraries
• Prepare detailed travel schedules and ensure smooth coordination of all travel-related
arrangements
• Coordinate with travel agencies, vendors, hotels, and other service providers
4. Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Liaise professionally with senior stakeholders, clients, partners, and external associates
• Ensure timely follow-ups, communication tracking, and coordination on key action points
• Support the Chairman’s Office in maintaining effective communication and workflow
management
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high
responsibility role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Prior experience supporting senior leadership/executives is preferred
