Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially strong Chief Sales Officer for a Fashion AI Tech SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SaaS product sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and enterprise deal closures within the fashion and apparel industry. The role requires someone with strong industry connections across Indian fashion designers, fashion buying houses, sourcing houses, garment factories, and fashion institutes.

The candidate should be an excellent negotiator and relationship builder with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and close high-value SaaS deals.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

SaaS Product Sales & Business Development

Drive sales of Fashion AI Tech SaaS products across the fashion and apparel industry

Identify and develop new business opportunities within:

Fashion brands

Fashion designers

Buying houses

Sourcing houses

Garment factories

Fashion institutes and colleges

Generate and convert enterprise sales opportunities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders

Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations

Understand client requirements and provide suitable SaaS solutions

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure

Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

Expand market presence within the fashion technology ecosystem

Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations

Build a strong industry network to drive business growth

Support branding and positioning of the SaaS platform in the market

Revenue & Sales Management

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue growth

Monitor pipeline performance and sales conversion metrics

Provide business insights and market feedback to leadership teams

Required Qualifications

Graduation in:

Fashion Design

Apparel Design

Related Fashion/Apparel Field

Experience Required

5–10 years of experience in:

SaaS Product Sales

Fashion Technology Sales

Enterprise Sales & Business Development

Strong network within the Indian fashion and apparel industry preferred
