Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inside IT Sales Executive with strong expertise in preparing quotations and handling sales coordination for IT infrastructure products and solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with IT vendors, distributors, and customers while supporting end-to-end quotation management, pricing coordination, and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities
Quotation & Sales Support
Prepare and submit quotations for:
Desktops
Laptops
Servers
Network Switches
Firewalls
UPS Systems
CCTV Solutions
Antivirus & IT Infrastructure Products
Ensure timely and accurate quotation preparation
Vendor & Customer Coordination
Coordinate with IT vendors and distributors for:
Pricing
Product availability
Technical specifications
Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide sales support
Follow up with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth processing
Order Processing & Documentation
Maintain records of:
Quotations
Sales opportunities
Customer communications
Support order processing and delivery coordination
Handle documentation and reporting activities
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure products and solutions
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in Inside IT Sales
