Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented OEM Sales professional to drive business development and sales activities for color coated steel products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key OEM accounts, increasing market share, and achieving sales targets across domestic and export markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Pre-Painted and Bare Galvalume/Galvanized steel products and experience working with OEM customers across industries such as construction, refrigeration, solar structures, white goods, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase market share and customer acquisition.
Identify and develop new OEM customers and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives.
OEM Customer Handling
Manage sales and marketing of:
Pre-Painted & Bare Galvalume Steel
Pre-Painted & Bare Galvanized Steel
Handle OEM clients such as:
PEB manufacturers
Sandwich panel manufacturers
Metal ceiling system manufacturers
Refrigeration system producers
Solar structure manufacturers
White goods & home appliance manufacturers
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
Identify gaps, opportunities, and growth areas within the market.
Research and qualify potential customers based on business needs and product fit.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct cold calling and client visits for lead generation and business expansion.
Maintain strong customer engagement and long-term relationships.
Manage prospect databases and follow-up activities.
Sales Operations
Coordinate distribution, shipment, and delivery schedules to ensure timely supply.
Prepare professional presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
Performance & Reporting
Monitor sales performance and market activities regularly.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Educational Qualification
B.E. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Graduate with relevant experience may also apply
MBA preferred
Experience Required
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in:
Color coated steel
