What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Hands-on experience building internal tools or business applications that real employees rely on—you understand the difference between a demo and a production internal tool
• Practical experience integrating LLMs into applications: prompt engineering, RAG, structured outputs, and tool/function calling
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript (or similar), with experience building full-stack web applications
• Comfort working with business APIs and data sources (Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, internal databases, etc.
• Strong product instincts—you ask "what problem are we actually solving?" before you write code
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to scope, ship, and iterate
• Pragmatic judgment about when AI is the right tool and when a simpler solution wins
