Tender Sourcing & Opportunity Identification
Identify and track tender opportunities from the following organizations and departments:
Indian Railways
Railway Zones & Divisions
Metro Rail Corporations
Central Public Works Department (CPWD)
State Public Works Departments (PWDs)
Smart City Missions
Municipal Corporations
Airports
Defence Establishments
Central Government Departments
State Government Departments
Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
Tender Monitoring & Analysis
Regularly monitor government procurement portals, e-procurement websites, and tender publishing platforms.
Review tender documents and identify opportunities aligned with organizational capabilities.
Analyze eligibility criteria, technical specifications, scope of work, timelines, and commercial requirements.
Maintain an updated database of current and upcoming tender opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track upcoming projects, government initiatives, infrastructure developments, and procurement plans.
Generate periodic reports on identified opportunities and tender status.
Provide insights on market trends, competitor participation, and procurement patterns.
Coordination & Documentation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to assess bid feasibility and qualification requirements.
Ensure timely dissemination of tender information to relevant teams.
Maintain accurate records of tender notices, deadlines, amendments, corrigenda, and submission schedules.
Experience Requirements:
Experience in tender sourcing, bid management, business development, or government procurement.
Strong knowledge of government tendering processes and procurement systems.
Familiarity with procurement portals related to Railways, Metro Rail, CPWD, PWDs, Defence, Airports, Municipal Corporations, Smart Cities, Government Departments, and PSUs.
Ability to interpret tender documents and eligibility criteria.
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and online procurement portals.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
