Primary Responsibilities :
1. HR System Development & Management
Design, implement, and manage HR dashboards for attendance, payroll tracking, employee performance, and key HR metrics.
Develop and maintain structured HR processes, policies, and workflows.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and reporting systems.
Generate regular HR reports and insights to support management decision-making.
2. Performance & KPI Management
Develop and implement KPI frameworks for managerial and office staff.
Monitor employee performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
Align individual and departmental objectives with organizational goals.
Drive performance management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
3. Organizational Structuring
Define and document organizational hierarchy, roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.
Enhance communication channels and reporting mechanisms across departments.
Support organizational growth and business expansion through effective workforce planning and structuring.
Recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
4. Discipline & Compliance
Develop and enforce employee discipline policies and monitoring systems.
Handle employee grievances, misconduct cases, disciplinary actions, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and compliance-related activities.
5. Managerial Hiring & Talent Development
Lead recruitment and onboarding activities for managerial, supervisory, and office-based positions.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Design and implement performance improvement plans where required.
Build and maintain a leadership pipeline to support future business growth and succession planning.

Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a strategic or managerial HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, HR analytics, KPI development, and dashboard management.
Experience in organizational development, performance management, and workforce planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to develop HR processes, systems, and structures from the ground up.
Proficiency in HR reporting, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
