The ideal candidate will engage with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and guide them toward selecting the most suitable online training programs.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who excel at relationship-building, consultative selling, and achieving conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities
Contact company-generated warm leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs and online courses.
Build strong relationships with prospects and provide a personalized consultation experience.
Clearly communicate the value proposition, benefits, and outcomes of our training programs.
Handle objections effectively and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
Conduct timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Proven track record of converting leads into sales.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling training programs, online courses, educational services, or similar offerings.
Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
Experience working with warm leads and high-volume sales funnels.
