Primary Responsibilities :
1. Installation & Commissioning
Install, commission, and configure pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment at customer sites.
Ensure proper setup and functionality of equipment as per technical specifications.
Provide operational guidance and basic user training to customers during installation.
2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to minimize equipment downtime.
3. Customer Support
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Respond promptly to service requests and customer inquiries.
Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and efficient service delivery.
4. Service Documentation & Reporting
Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation.
Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and equipment performance.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding service requirements and spare parts management.
5. Field Service Operations
Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, inspections, and service support activities.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company service standards during site visits.
Support equipment upgrades, calibration, and performance verification activities as required.

Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in:
Electronics
Electrical Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Biomedical Engineering
Or related technical disciplines
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Experience in installation, maintenance, or servicing of laboratory, pharmaceutical, analytical, or scientific equipment will be an advantage.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems.
Understanding of laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment operations is preferred.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform maintenance activities.
Familiarity with service tools, testing equipment, and technical documentation.
