Primary Responsibilities :

 Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
 Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and various
consultancy networks.
 Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
 Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
 Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
 Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining
formalities.
 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
 Coordinate with consultancies and external recruitment partners whenever
required.
 Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined turnaround time.
 Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring updates with management.
 Maintain professionalism and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring
process.

Experience Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in B.com or related field.
 Proven experience of 2-3years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
 Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions
simultaneously.
 Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
