Primary Responsibilities :

Sponsorship Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to drive revenue growth across flagship events and business platforms.
Identify, engage, and secure high-value sponsors through customized partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate sponsors, industry leaders, investors, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sponsorship objectives with event themes, audience engagement, and business goals.
Negotiate sponsorship agreements, commercial terms, and partnership contracts.
Marketing & Sales Collateral Development
Create compelling sponsorship proposals, sales presentations, pitch decks, and partnership materials.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional content, brochures, digital assets, and campaign materials.
Customize sponsorship pitches based on industry sectors, business objectives, and target audiences.
Develop persuasive, data-driven narratives that clearly communicate value propositions and partnership benefits.
Lead Generation & Business Development
Research and identify new sponsorship opportunities across various industries and markets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors and strategic partners.
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, sales activities, and conversion metrics.
Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities with decision-makers and senior executives.
Event Sponsorship & Partner Engagement
Coordinate sponsor onboarding and ensure successful delivery of sponsorship commitments.
Work with internal stakeholders to integrate sponsor branding, messaging, and engagement opportunities into events.
Manage sponsor relationships throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring a positive partner experience.
Prepare post-event reports showcasing sponsorship ROI, audience reach, engagement metrics, and business impact.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor sponsorship revenue, sales performance, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorship opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve sponsorship offerings and sales effectiveness.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for leadership.

Experience Requirements:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Management, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Experience
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Sponsorship Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development, or Event Sales.
Proven track record of securing high-value sponsorships and achieving revenue targets.
Experience working with corporate clients, senior executives, and decision-makers.
Prior experience in events, media, conferences, business forums, exhibitions, or industry platforms is highly preferred.
