Primary Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the MEP Quantity Surveying function across multiple projects.
Prepare, review, and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for MEP packages.
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Manage subcontractor procurement activities, including tender evaluations, bid analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations.
Monitor project costs, valuations, payments, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Administer and control variations, claims, change orders, and contract adjustments.
Review subcontractor applications, certifications, and final account settlements.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
Coordinate closely with international project teams and provide regular commercial updates to senior management.
Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, budget tracking reports, and management presentations.
Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect project profitability.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, and industry standards.

Experience Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Commercial Management within the construction industry.
Proven experience handling large-scale commercial, residential, infrastructure, or mixed-use construction projects.
Strong background in subcontractor procurement, cost planning, valuations, and variation management.
Experience working with international projects and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
