Primary Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the Civil Drafting team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project drawings.
Review and approve structural and architectural shop drawings in accordance with project requirements.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and design engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues.
Manage drawing schedules, submission logs, revisions, and document control processes.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in civil drafting, BIM coordination, or design management.
Strong knowledge of structural and architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and drafting standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and document management systems.
Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and project management skills.
