Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounts to lead the finance and accounting function. The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with strong expertise in financial reporting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and compliance. The role requires managing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the complete finance and accounting operations.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management activities.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and statutory requirements.

Handle VAT compliance, filings, and related financial reporting.

Coordinate and manage internal and external audit processes.

Liaise with external auditors, banking institutions, and financial stakeholders.

Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.

Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for business improvement.

Prepare management reports and present financial insights to senior leadership.

Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and risk assessment.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records and reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

6–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and auditing.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.

Experience handling audits, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.

Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience handling finance operations for international entities, including UAE-based organizations.

Exposure to intercompany accounting, VAT regulations, and multi-entity financial management.

Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
