Primary Responsibilities :
  • Provide administrative and back-office support to the Marketing Department.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and business documents.
  • Draft letters, emails, and other business correspondence.
  • Manage client calendar bookings and meeting schedules.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
  • Support office management and coordination activities.
  • Assist the sales and marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accurate data management and timely reporting.
Experience Requirements:
  • Qualification: BBA, BCA, or MBA.
  • 2–3 years of experience in back-office sales and marketing support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good typing speed and drafting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in calendar management and office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Willingness to work from Tauru, Manesar.
