Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and back-office support to the Marketing Department.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and business documents.
- Draft letters, emails, and other business correspondence.
- Manage client calendar bookings and meeting schedules.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Support office management and coordination activities.
- Assist the sales and marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate data management and timely reporting.
Experience Requirements:
- Qualification: BBA, BCA, or MBA.
- 2–3 years of experience in back-office sales and marketing support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good typing speed and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in calendar management and office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Willingness to work from Tauru, Manesar.
