Primary Responsibilities :
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, washing areas, and storage rooms.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic preparation and movement of materials.
  • Segregate and dispose of waste according to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of cleaned utensils and kitchen items.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Support banquet, restaurant, and production kitchen operations during peak hours.
  • Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
  • Maintain personal grooming, discipline, and professional conduct as per company standards.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 10th Pass / High School qualification.
  • Hotel Management Degree/Diploma preferred.
  • Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or hospitality.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physically fit to perform standing, lifting, and cleaning duties.
  • Good teamwork and coordination skills.
  • Strong discipline, punctuality, and time management.
