Premium Threading Operations

• Supervise premium threading operations and ensure process continuity.
• Monitor CNC threading machines and associated equipment.
• Develop and optimize premium threading programs for new products.
• Analyze threading licenses and implement required technical updates.
• Ensure adherence to premium threading standards and best practices.
• Support threading operations including:
  • Threading
  • Buck-On Operations
  • Inspection Activities
  • Marking
  • Coating
  • Bundling
  • Chemical Phosphatizing

CNC Programming & Technical Support

• Develop special CNC threading programs using:
  • FANUC Programming
  • SIEMENS Programming
• Troubleshoot machine programming and operational issues.
• Optimize machining parameters for quality and efficiency.
• Support technical problem-solving across finishing operations.
• Recommend preventive and corrective actions to improve performance.

Process Engineering & Quality Management

• Develop threading process maps for new products.
• Prepare and update:
  • Procedures
  • Work Instructions
  • Operational Manuals
  • Quality Plans
• Validate first article inspections for premium thread products.
• Ensure compliance with API, customer, and company quality standards.
• Support process validation activities for premium threading operations.

Equipment & Maintenance Management

• Ensure availability and reliability of threading equipment.
• Develop spare parts lists and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support equipment upgrades and process optimization initiatives.

Documentation & Technical Records

• Maintain and update:
  • Technical Specifications
  • Drawings
  • Operational Procedures
  • Work Instructions
  • Equipment Documentation
• Ensure proper sharing and control of technical documentation.
• Generate technical reports and process improvement recommendations.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and guide shop floor personnel.
• Develop employee skill matrices and competency plans.
• Conduct theoretical and practical training programs.
• Support succession planning and workforce development.
• Resolve personnel and operational issues effectively.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

• Develop Finishing Operations Risk Assessment Plans.
• Analyze operational challenges and implement long-term solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Introduce new technologies and techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure compliance with all HSE policies and procedures.
• Participate in incident investigations and safety audits.
• Report hazards, unsafe acts, and observations.
