Primary Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and present high-quality bakery products including artisan breads, cakes, pastries, viennoiserie, desserts, and specialty baked items.
  • Design customized bakery menus based on resident preferences, dietary requirements, and special occasions.
  • Ensure consistent product quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Manage daily bakery production schedules and inventory requirements.
  • Source and maintain premium-quality ingredients and bakery supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery workstations and equipment.
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal bakery offerings.
  • Support special events, family gatherings, and private functions within the residence.
  • Minimize wastage and maintain cost-effective bakery operations.
Experience Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience as a Bakery Chef in a luxury 5-star hotel.
  • Experience with artisan breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and international bakery products.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques and food safety standards.
  • Experience serving UHNI/VIP guests preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Candidates from Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, Hyatt, Four Seasons, ITC, or equivalent luxury hospitality brands preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a private residence environment.
