Primary Responsibilities :

Sales Support & Business Development

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the construction and MEP sector.
  • Support sales activities with Builders, Contractors, and MEP Consultants.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender documents, and sales reports.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
  • Assist the senior sales team in achieving sales targets.

Client Coordination

  • Visit project sites, consultant offices, and contractor locations regularly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
  • Respond to client queries regarding products, pricing, and technical specifications.
  • Update customer interactions and project details in CRM systems.

Technical Support

  • Understand project drawings, BOQs, specifications, and MEP requirements.
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers.
  • Coordinate with technical and estimation teams for customized solutions.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and technical presentations.

Market Research

  • Track upcoming construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with estimation, logistics, accounts, and technical departments.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and project execution.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities.
Experience Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Sales, or Business Development within the Construction/MEP industry.
  • Basic exposure to Builders, Contractors, Architects, and MEP Consultants.
  • Understanding of MEP systems such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, or Electrical systems.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • CRM software knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Valid driving license preferred.
